The new Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station development comprises of the new Martin Place Station, new underground pedestrian connections, as well as two commercial towers above the station.
The 28 storey-tower above the south entrance of the station will have a GFA of 37,553m2, and the 39 storey-tower above the north entrance will have a 75,198m2 GFA – both predominantly for office use with some retail space available.
Gore Projects works include design development, detailed workshop drawings, supply and fabrication, surface treatment and galvanising for the roof and facade steel packages, welded columns, concrete filled tubes (CFTs), temporary platforms, formwork grillages, architectural glazed lift shafts and stairs for station and the over station development (OSD).
